If you have been denied cover by your insurer we can help. The following steps should be taken:
1. Internal review of your claim - whereby we can help you prepare the application and give it the best chance for success.
2. Insurance ombudsman - if step one does not give you the desired result you can then apply to the Insurance Industry Ombudsman. The ombudsman's decision is binding on the insurer but it is not binding on you if you are not pleased with the outcome.
3. Court Proceedings - if the above results do not satisfy you we can represent you in Court against your Insurer.
